Overview/Description
The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), outlines the globally recognized standards of practice to use when thoroughly analyzing the business. This course explores the solution evaluation knowledge area. You'll learn about how the tasks in the Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring Knowledge Areas produce documents that direct you, as a business analyst, throughout a project. You'll also learn how to plan your business analytics to identify performance improvements.
